Delivery Most in-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours and are normally delivered via ground carrier. International orders are quoted in US dollars and are subject to tariffs, taxes and other restrictions. Please contact us for further details.

Shipping & Handling Shipping quotes are estimates and may be adjusted based upon actual shipping charges once the order has been finalized. Shipping and handling fees are based upon shipping from Miami and Reno facilities. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please contact us for further details. Rush charges may apply for expedited orders.

Custom / Logo Orders Special orders are not returnable once the samples are approved by the customer. Logo orders may require payment made in full and are subject to a minimum order requirement. Custom orders may require a 50% deposit and balance paid prior to delivery.

Returns We are proud of the quality of our exclusive hanger collections and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your items to obtain an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). Returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking charge and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of manufacturer defect.

Breakage or Loss Must be reported to customer support and the carrier within 72 hours of delivery. The carrier is liable and may request to inspect the goods.
